Leadership & Culture with Frances Frei: An L&PD Exchange Event

Join the Leadership & Professional Development Exchange as we learn about leadership and  culture  from Frances Frei. Frances is the Harvard Business School professor known for her instrumental role in fixing Uber’s then- infamous culture.  You will be surprised to hear what she claims was the root of the problem.  We will watch a 12-minute video interview with Frances, and then discuss the content in breakout groups and as a full group.  Engage with us for learning, networking, and fun! 

Frances Frei is a professor of Technology and Operations Management  at the Harvard Business School.  Her research investigates how leaders create the conditions for organizations and individuals to thrive by designing for excellence in strategy, operations, and culture.  She is the author of the highly acclaimed book published in 2020, Unleashed: The Unapologetic Leader's Guide to Empowering Everyone Around You.
