The Membership Committee plays a key role in shaping and supporting the membership experience at The Chicago Finance Exchange. The committee provides strategic guidance and oversight for the membership process, meeting as needed to review policies, evaluate member applications, and identify prospective members.

In addition to its work with recruitment and retention, the committee leads all non-program member engagement efforts. These include coordinating social outings, neighborhood dinners, and conversation circles that foster community and connection among members.

The committee is also responsible for onboarding and supporting new members to ensure a welcoming and meaningful introduction to CFE.
